Papers filed in Miami say that because of his bad conduct and cheating, he has ruined the marriage. There is no hope of reconciliation.

In an interview published by the New York Post on Sunday, Dodd Romero, Rodriguez’s former trainer and godfather to his two daughters, said he and Cynthia believe the Yankee superstar has been drawn away by Madonna’s allure. It appears, the divorece could have been filed in New York and New York Family/Divorce Lawyer could have handled it. However, MS rodriques chose to file it in Florida.

Britney Spears has been out of the treatment center for three months but still has eratic behavior on her resume.

After her initial problems, she has been a model citizen. Under her father’s eye she has been out of the spotlight and has spent time with friends and family in a normal way. She has been working and seemingly at peace with herself.

Kevin Federline receives sole custody the children. His lawyer said a new agreement would be approved shortly and Britney Spears would not be the guardian.

Trial averted, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reportedly agreed to keep sole custody of the pair’s kids with their rapping dad. “The case has been settled,” his lawyer announced.

Because of the agreement the case will not go to trial and that seems to satisfy both parties.
